These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the n77 platform and all services available at n77.biz. Please read this document carefully before registering or using the platform. Account transfers, sales, or sharing of access credentials are prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of n77, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
- Attempt to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
- Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation in connection with betting or gaming activities.
- Attempt to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial transaction.
- Abuse the support team or engage in threatening, abusive, or harassing communication.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on n77 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are available through the payment methods listed in your account settings. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are registered in their own name and that they are legally permitted to use those methods.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. n77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
n77 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability
n77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failures, connection issues, or service interruptions. n77 is not responsible for losses arising from user error, forgotten passwords, or failure to comply with account security best practices.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
n77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
- Irregular account activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- Legal or regulatory requirement to restrict access.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines. Accounts found to have been used in breach of these terms may have their balances forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the n77 platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, interface design, text, software, and game content — is the property of n77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written permission from n77. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
n77 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
